simbasupra
Hi guys Having trouble fitting the undertray part after fitting an srd intercooler. I have removed the active spoiler but the raised parts seem to hit the intercooler. Any ideas what im doing wrong?
jay200bhp
I had a greddy front mount that fouled like this I ended up making a rubber piece that riveted to the undertray and allowed a bit of room for the intercooler worked really well.... its off my car as its breaking to if you cant get this to fit let me know. mwilkinson
Whatever you do don't butcher you Active spoiler under tray. Took me a year to find one. Personally I would raise the height of the mounting points of the intercooler.
Lee P
You have to trim it as it says in the instructions or leave if off This is the same when fitting any FMIC We are working on an alloy one that will replace the stock one but it's not finished yet. Hi Lee. The instructions are quite hard to see as they are grainy black and white photos.
Lee P
Hi Lee. The instructions are quite hard to see as they are grainy black and white photos. My point was you need to trim it as it shows in the instructions so you not doing anything wrong You can easily work out how much needs to come off by offering it up. Unfortunately once it is cut its not very solid anymore which is why usually it is left off or a custom one is made.
