Myrddin
Started the supra up everything fine etc, pulled out the petrol station, quickish but no wheel spin then the orange slip button and o/d button started flashing alternately, was abit worried so drove it like little miss daisy on the way home then turned it off completely, turned the ignition on all the lights do their usual thing, start the car then the Orange slip button flashes twice then the o/d and orange slip flash alternately. Pushed the traction controll button and nothing, pushed the Manu button and again nothing It's a 1993 TT Auto import Cheers everyone Andy
brom86
I have the od flashing on mine but makes no real difference. It is one of two things a think. One is throttle position sensor iirc. Do a search on here for flashing o/d
The-Plethora
I've had this since I bought the car, I believe it's possibly related to one of the two speed sensors. Do you happen to have a KPH to MPH converter installed behind the dash?
Krister
Speed signal usually. Try to bypass the odometer, it's a common fix.
Branners
Check the traction control fuse. If you pull that fuse then it drops the overdrive function and the lights flash a lot on the dash. I used to pull it for drag racing as it also does stuff between gearchanges to make things smoother. Check that first.
Guest David_Baker
Yep the loaner I am driving has had the od light flashing and cruise control not working since I picked it up. Did the speed sensor bypass last night and had a pleasant drive to work this morming with no flashing lights and a working cruise control! Told the brother in law (who I borrowed it off) and he said it had been like that for a few years....
ellis
I've got this problem too - had it since late last year - makes no difference driving the car, just irritating. Will fix it one day!
Nodalmighty
I'm sure you can get the flash codes for the Auto, I think TC and E1 possibly. I know I've done it in the past many moons ago.

Supraleeturbo
it can happen if the odo has been left unplugged for some time or could be the sensor on the gearbox failing that 1st thing to check would be the fuses as already been said
