Ross McG
Hi Can anyone help me, I been asked to find a part number for the front pinion seal in my TT6 diff, Ive phoned the local toyota dealers but they are hopeless, If anyone can help with it then it would be much apreciated, Or if anyone has a parts explosion for the diff that would also help. Chris Wilson
Hey Chris. did you just use that page? i cant seem to see the pictures no more . is it just me or did they dissapear? Neti Picture is still there for me, part number 90311-44005 Be aware undoing the pinion nut releases the preload on the crush spacer, you really need to replace the spacer sleeve and check preload, *BUT* if you mark the nut position relative to the pinion shaft *BEFORE* undoing it, then torque it back *EXACTLY* to the mark you'll be pretty close. squiffy
Revival! Where would I find the torque setting for that? The seal is weeping on my diff, I have the part but I can't find much info on actually changing it.
