Nm torque informations to engine rebuild

I just bought few parts for my one

 

OEM Piston rings

1.4 mm head-gasket

Arp cylinder head studs

 

Could experienced people give me Nm information please, if possible every Nm information..

They are all in the workshop manual, except for the ARP stuff, which should be in the box. If you need to convert lbs ins or lbsft or whatever to Newton Meters I use this:

That is exactly what i want, i will check from manual to make sure if this Nm torque spec's are right.
