WayneW
Hi Folks, Here is my thread presenting my recently purchased Black Supra MKIV SZR 6 Speeds LSD with ~70.000km. Actually, I already had a RHD J-Spec TT6 which I bought in Holland... too much rust and actually veeeeery bad cared... This time is over now, after it I had a AE86 LEVIN in a very good shape, but I was too much missing the Supra. I have allways wanted a black Supra, with the help of Jurgen this is now a reality for me So we got today pictures "at port" of the car, really happy, no major surprises, was a grade 3 in the auction where I missed it, I saw it again for sale in Fuji. I bought also yesterday one of the 3 HKS Silent kit for sale by Garage Whifbitz... couldn't drive with the shotgun exhaust for long. The explosion Spoiler will be removed for a stock one, same story for the wheels... Happy to be back in the Supra world PS : how could I post the pictures in a bigger size without using imageshack,... ? WayneW
Hi thanks Yes they are not so bad, but really love the look of a stock supra lowered like it must be. 225 on the rear with the R34 wheels, not enough.
WayneW
I'm going to buy some Facelift US (LHD) headlights for the Supra... Problem is my Toyota dealer say there is 2 different sorts of headlight fixation for the Supra. Never heard about this... I wanted to buy these references : (like seen on supraforum) - 81111-1b241 - 81151-1b241 Apparently the fixations don't match the one from my J-Spec faclift SZR. He propose me these : - 81111-1b240 - 81151-1b240 I'm quite loosed in this story, could someone help me ? Thx
WayneW
Just saw on FB, Jurgen has received my Supra, I'm happy to see other pictures ! Look at that NSX, what a beautiful car. Futur plans at short time are to put back the car to her stock shape for all the MOTs in Belgium in order to receive the famous European COC. I also just purchased Jay200bhp Work wheels', his car is exactly how I want to do with mine, only miss a reat stock spoiler and wider front wings... but that's not for right now ! abtin90
Nice buy and I actually really like the explosion spoiler. Do you still have your tt6 too or have you sold it?
WayneW
The side view isn't bad at all with this spoiler, but the rear view is really not my taste. If it's removable, I'll ask to Jurgen to keep it and I'll try to sell it in England, have no chance to sell it in my area lol Have sold my TT6, for 5 years now... and after it I had the only facelift hatchback LEVIN in Belgium : Sold for a nice price after exactly 4 days lol
Hitbox Junkie
Looks great and has a really nice aggressive look with the spoiler. will look great with the new wheels.
WayneW
Thanks, but not from the rear view mate unfortunately :/
Zeiretto
Spoiler takes some getting used to, but I like it. It's definitely different. That exhaust however...... Great looking SZ-R, will follow your progress!
WayneW
Yes shotgun exhaust isn't my taste too x) There are some japanese people who have really strange tastes Allready bought an HKS Silent Hi from whifbitz, Looks better in my eyes
MATT RR
Lovely car mate, looks slammed in those photos with the NSX Agree on the exhaust!
WayneW
Prepared for the arrival of the baby in the weeks, cannot wait to work on it ! The heaven is in my house ! WayneW
Got one moment time for driving the car with the new wheels :) Quite surprised, no scrubbing at all rear, (thanks rolled fenders) but a little bit on the front (nothing scarying). Had really expected too much scrubbing with stock front fenders... Some pics better than words : didn't took time to wash correctly the car I must say, I'm loving a bit more this spoiler everytime I see it... Something different for one time, black on black with this spoiler is to my taste Next jobs : - Exhaust reparation, - New headlights, - White LED on Dashboard (hum blue for the moment...), - S2000 Stubby Cheers ! evinX
Lovely supra! could be so much nicer without that thing on the boot and a rubber front lip from the US
Zeiretto
The spoiler looks great! It's unique and it's different. It also fattens the ass, especially combined with those wide wheels.
WayneW
Lovely supra! could be so much nicer without that thing on the boot and a rubber front lip from the US Thanks, are youtalking about the Explosion Spoiler or the windowspoiler ? Ill try without this last one one day. Yes RMM front lip is also one of the next Points of my TODO list
WayneW
The spoiler looks great! It's unique and it's different. It also fattens the ass, especially combined with those wide wheels. I'm thinking the same ! But will one day fit a stock one to compare...
WayneW
Do anybody have any tips for modifying the front sidelights for having them always lighting like the rears ? And also maintening the side repetitors in it...
Kendo11
Very nice, I've recently removed an explosion spoiler from mine, it was certainly different and the extremely rare, just not the look I was aiming for.
WayneW
Yes, prefer it in black so that you don't see all the curves of the Spoiler...
nolizma
Im starting to like the spoiler, I think its ugly where it meets the fenders, but I like the effect from the rear, where the badge would be. Have you tried spoilerless? Car looks great!! Love the stance and wheels!
Chris Bailey
Love that
WayneW
Thanks to you, must say the pictures don't represent 100% how the car sits, what a presence, not many other cars other than a Supra have this stance. They are only other wheelsa and a lowering (same stance with a stock Spoiler).
Supraleeturbo
What you doing with the rhd headlights if there in good condition I'll take them
