Sudden appearance of warning lights - Can't get them to go away

Hi,

So this weekend I went for a 300 mile trip, didn't have any issues throughout the journey. Upon returning home, I turned off a junction and accelerated quickly through first gear. Immediately afterwards I had the following warning lights show up together at the same time.

(excuse the terrible photos, also ignore the open door warning, had the door open whilst taking the photos)

First thing I did was check the oil level, and I noticed it was quite low, so I put in about 2 liters of new oil today. However, the oil level warning light stays on, even though the dipstick shows the level is now good.

Next I checked the rear lights, and all the bulbs were fine and working as intended, so not sure why I'm getting the rear light bulb warning.

I'm not sure how to test for the other warning errors with the battery, and what I guess is a transmission warning?

The car still drives fine, there aren't any other symptoms that I can tell aside from the warning lights, which seems a little odd.

I've taken off the dash and checked all the cables are connected + grounded properly, before putting everything back in and still getting the warning lights.

Anyone got any advice on what I can do next?

Check your alternator is charging.

This. Mine did the same and it was a bad earth off the unit

And check you haven't overfilled your oil. 2L's is a lot and you may have over reacted to the warning light and a dip stick reading when not all your oil gas drained down.

Supra's can take almost 9L and still be driven hard without problems! 1st hand experience! Lol. It was only at 9L it started to leak from the top of the sump.....

Before buying a new one.. Check the Alt signal fuse in the fuse box.. And maybe buy a new reg pack and try that before buying a whole alternator:)
