Geezabloke
What are the biggest wheels / tyres i can fit, without ruining ride quality and without changing the rolling circumference? Going on stock UKTT Would 285/30/18 rear and 245/40/18 Front be ok? Cheers in advance
Guest Terry S
Yes, as long as you get the correct offset of wheel.
Snowman
thats about what I'm running with no probs i think mine are 35's on the rear though! can't remember exactly though
Adam Kindness
those dimensions are fine in the correct offset.... (** i think, with a pcd of 114... completly off the top of my napper ) i have 275/35/18's on the rear of mine with coilovers
Guest Terry S
Be careful on the offset, I think 35 is too much.
tDR
45 not the normal offset?
Guest Terry S
45mm is probably fine. 35mm will be very close to the arch. Stock is 50mm.
Adam Kindness
as i said.... off the top of my head... i'll edit out my offset glitch
veilsideTT
Got my Blitz Technospeed Z1's coming late May. I’m having 19X9 Front 42 Offset 255/30/19 Pirelli P Zero Rosso 19X10 Rear 45 offset 275/30/19 Pirelli P Zero Rosso According to my sources those sizes will not rub with the factory suspension. I CANT WAIT!!!!
Geezabloke
What about the rolling circumference with bigger wheels?
MONKEYmark
whats the offset for blitz 03`s 9x18 and 10x18 or 9x19 and 10x19 z1`s to clear uk brakes
Guest Terry S
Same as the 18" Z1's!! Please check tough as the centres are thicker BTW guys I don't think 19's are right for the Supra. You may have some issues with rubbing & the inner wheel arches. You are also restricted to tyre choice. They do look nice though;)
Adam Kindness
my wide 18's on the front give a tad of scrubbage on the inside with fulllock... the inerarch liner is not clipped tight allover tho so maybe that

veilsideTT
Not so sure about fitment of 18's but I know that the UK brakes need a 42 offset on the front to clear them on 19's. On import models with the smaller callipers you can go 45 offset. A guy called Steve Jarvis on http://www.supraforums.com is the god when it comes to supra wheel fitments He has created a spreadsheet supra wheel fitment guide. Take a look, its very good. http://www.geocities.com/steve_jarvis_me/Fitment.xls (cut and paste this link into browser) Ps, Remeber that he is in america so his figures are based on smaller brake calipers. PM him on supraforums and he will be glad to help i imagine.
Doug
Erm, the US supras have the same size brakes as UK supras i.e. big brakes

Darren
19X9 Front 42 Offset 255/30/19 19X10 Rear 45 offset 275/30/19 Is it not unusual to have 30's on the front and back? Thought there was normally 5 difference between the front and back on the Sups?

Steve W
That "Nemisis" thing (the Gold non-'runner' ) had 20's on at Woodbridge.... [they where Antera 309's, 20x8.5, 20x10.0 - The same ones I was thinking of before I got me std' UK rims - only I was gonna go for 18x8.0 and 18x10.0 ! !] I'll have another look at the photos, didn't look like flared arches, but could be wrong... [they just look like "stick-over" panels ? ! ?] FatS.

Rgds, I was waiting for that one You got very good 1/4 mile times on your old 16's as I recall.
Adam W
All serious cars wear 16's baby Those 20's on the gold car look stupid IMHO, like one of those Max Power cartoon saxo pictures. Mind you, the rest of the car isn't exactly a monument to restrained elegance or tasteful sublety, is it? :littled:
