Ric
You've already had one engine blow up haven't you? Wait until you can send a log and wait for the professionals response, don't be adding oil or other stuff you think "might" work
Brazil
I am not using the oil cooler yet as Chris suggested; I just checked the oil on the dip stick and its showing 20 percent more than the maximum marker. The car fires up and idles fine its only when I boot it a little that the syvecs would cut out.

chazuk
Woops I should of re dipped because I went to buy oil came back put a liter and half and checked and it was over the top mark, I cranked it checke and was on the money. When you dipped the oil and got the low reading how long had the car sat for ? as it can take ages for all the oil to return people often do not wait long enough they keep topping up then next time they check the oil after the car has sat its way over the mark. Where is your oil pressure sensor located is it in the lexus bolt mod ?

That is what you are "dipping" into when you use the dip stick. Don't use the car until you drain a bit of oil from the sump plug. Please please please don try and fill the engine up until it comes out of the oil filler on the head lol, although it would be fun to see what happened lol. I did exactly that years ago in my ford escort van, it ran flat out on its own oil even with the key out untill it went bang:innocent: Brasil, its just a tweak in the settings on the syvecs for oil pressure warning cut, its probably only dropping a couple of psi on braking, mine was doing it on my ring laps in may, i adjusted the trip value by 5 and its been fine since. Edit, as Chris says below, obviously get the logs over to Ryan before doing anything and don`t run the car with too much oil. Chris Wilson
Send the logs to your mapper, PLEASE don't fiddle with things until you get some feedback from the logging!
Brazil
Send the logs to your mapper, PLEASE don't fiddle with things until you get some feedback from the logging! I have completed 700 miles on the engine and in that time I have changed the oil 3 times, I am no longer using the break in new engine light oil, The car is running fine apart from the limp mode when ever I reach 4k rpm. I have been avoiding the limp mode by driving carefully and tomorrow I am getting with Ryan to check thing out remotely. Thank you very much for all your advise and help guys, you guys and this forum is incredible.!
