'Could' be that the ABS ECU is at fault (part no. 89541-14060) - have contacted Keron to see if he has one. If anybody else has one lurking, please let me know. There's on one ebay but the part number is different to mine (89541-14040) so my assumption is that this will not be good to use! Anybody got any ideas?!! Messaged a couple and awaiting a reply. I looked over quite a few old posts about this possible issue and all of yours did say exactly what you've said above - I think the engineers are just methodically working back along the line of possible causes. I am just thinking of your issue. for the ECU to "know" there's an issue with the solenoid it must see a short or open on the driver output. Whilst I suppose the driver transistor itself could be the issue i would have thought something external to the ABS ecu would be the cause. Disconnect the ecu plug and the solenoid plug and check for shorts to ground or open circuit between the connector to the ECU and the solenoid itself.
