SupraJames
My friend bought an Oil Catch/Breather tank kit off ebay for his scoob, but cant be bothered to fit it and hes given it to saying it will fit as they are univeral. I have 1 tank, 1 lenght of tubing and lots of fitting bits, but no fitting instructions..!!! Does anyone have any ideas how to fit on of these kits and is there any benefit in doing so..?? Thanks
Digsy
Have a read here and you might be able to decide for yourself There seem to be a few designs for these floating around. Can you post up a pic showing the size / shape and connections?
SupraJames
Ok few pics, the tank itself has to pipes going in the top and a hole with screw cap in the bottom, also got a small piece of pipe with metal connections on each end one with a hole in and one solid as shown...!! hadyn
Thats the one I had and quickly gave to my mate with his NA MR2. The tank inlets are too small and not suited to the supra.

Digsy
Hang on there a moment. Three questions: 1) How big is the tank (diameter and length) 2) What diameter are the connectors at the top (inside diameter, I mean). 3) Is there any way you can see what happens to the pipes once they enter the catch can? By taking the drain plug out and looking inside with a torch maybe? *EDIT* (4) What boost are you running?
Need4Speed
Not worth doing. It achieves nothing.
