Optimum auto box fluid temperature

Does anyone know the answer to this? Still trying to get to the bottom of the gearbox snags on the Crown.

Using Techstream I was able to measure the trans temps, sat at idle for a while and the temp was reading close to 95 degrees, I think thats too hot. Any opinions?

By the way this car has a weird set up for cooling the fluid, normally its in the bottom of the rad, on this car its a heat exchanger on the side of the engine. I might have to runs cooler and see if that helps.
