It's not personally upsetting to be honest, but I can see the people who put a huge amount of effort into the calendars for absolutely no return might be a little peeved.

 

And where did I say I was making profit from this?! I'm making nothing at all from this, even if I was it would go towards the club anyway!

 

 

On a serious note, why not start a Scottish based supra club and have a calendar? job done!

 

There's already the Scottish Supras Facebook page, which a lot of members from here are on...

He didn't say that, I think it was more the fact that people put time and effort into making a "club" calendar for no return in thanks, time, money and you're basically saying eff that we want our own.

So because I suggested making our own calender, It means I don't appreciate everything that goes into it from previous years?! I bought 2 last year and thanked the guys who done it numerous times!

 

Mods - you better lock this before it starts to go downhill even more! It's clear that it's the matter of a whole club calender or none at all...

I can't see the harm. It's not as if the club's short of cars for the calender. And let's face it, who else buys the calenders outside of the club??

 

It does seem some people on here only offer opinions to annoy/belittle people.

 

Alex, do a "Scottish Supra's" calender through the page on Faceache mate. I'm sure there are a lot of members on there that'd jump at the chance to have their car on a calender.

Jesus Christ, an English member that agrees with making a different calender aswell as a normal one :faint: run ben, the pitch forks will be after you next!

:blink: eh? I'm just putting my thoughts across mate, which is exactly what I read into the OP saying "would there be much interest at all in something like that?", since it's not just the people making or starring in the calendar who are affected here.

 

It also seems a bit off to me to suggest that since the Club isn't doing a calendar, you should build one for the Scottish members only. Why not the whole club, if that's the intention?

But according to a few posts back there is a club calendar... so no need to throw the toys out the pram because I suggested something else :p

I've got a few people interested through the Facebook page dunk, so I'll be keeping to their and not bothering with putting it up on here since the idea isn't welcomed
