Pete
Can an organiser confirm that everyone will be staying at Premier Inn Ashford Eureka Leisures Park Rutherford Road Ashford Kent TN25 4BN Thanks It won't matter for convoy purposes if it's Premier or Travelodge, they're basically next door. to each other. Departure time is on the dot as there's a train to catch so no danger of missing each other.

Branners
We will be leaving Ashford Eureka Leisure Park at around 7am on the 15th May, so it is worth booking in to either the Ashford Eureka Travelodge or the Ashford Eureka Premier Inn hotel for the 14th May so you can be there for the early start. Either hotel will do as they literally face each other in the Leisure Park. I have booked in to the Premier Inn at £39 a night, but either hotel will be fine as it is just 1 night. None Supras are welcome. Alex, whatever you have is fine, and Craig I'm sure you can find something bonkers to bring along.
Grasmt
Its probably been mentioned already but is there a date the tickets go on sale?
Branners
Date hasnt been set yet. Probably around the 13th Jan at 6pm for the first 20, then the next 10 on Saturday 17th Jan, and the next 10 on Friday 23rd Jan. That way everybody gets a fair stab at getting them. Lets not forget, there will be a Dragonballv2 in 2015 too, going back to Spa. So if anybody misses it they can get in on that run instead. DodgyRog
Looking like we might have to drop out of Dragonball next year, will be a bit gutted, as I think the Rotterdam one was one of the best we have done I should know for definite after the weekend, then I will see if anyone want our Premier Inn room

Branners
Tickets will go on sale around the 13th Jan at 6pm for the first 20, then the next 10 on Saturday 17th Jan, and the next 10 on Friday 23rd Jan. Costs will be as follows £95 per car return on Eurotunnel (travel our Friday 7.50am, return Sunday 4.20pm) £150 for a twin or double room for 2 nights including breakfast (so thats £245 in total for Eurotunnel and 2 nights hotel) £16 per person per night for the optional buffet

Slam
How will we pay for the buffet John
Branners
When the items go in the shop there will be Eurotunnel return Hotel room (2 nights including breakfast) buffet for 1 person friday night buffet for 1 person Saturday night So you would buy a Eurotunnel Return + Hotel room + 2xBuffet for Friday + 2xBuffet for Saturday and pay for them in one go. The hotel room option will ask you if you want Twin or double and wont let you proceed until you have chosen, so make sure you do that bit too. DOes that answer the question? Hitbox Junkie
how much would you roughly budget for fuel?
Benjy
how much would you roughly budget for fuel? I did less that £250 on fuel last year. Plenty of hooning. Think it was around 750miles.
