Crankshaft Bolt? In my opinion buddy this is what I changed when I did mine last year (TT VVTI) Auxy belt- Timing belt - I used a Gates belt Timing belt tensioner 13540-46012 Timing belt idler 13505-46041 Tensioner assembly 16620-0W024- I have the metal wheel version and my tensioner was fine but my bearing was whining so I just changed the bearing Water pump 16100-49846 Crank damper 13407-46020. I didn't replace mine so the original is still on there but with the fight to get it off it makes sense to replace it if you can afford it. I didn't need an absorber and I re used the crankshaft bolt. I cannot see the need to change the timing belt guide, crank pulley or thrust washer as all these items were good and don't wear as far I can see. I did my oil pump at the same time with the engine in the car so obviously needed a lot more stuff to do with that job but I think that covers what I can remember for the timing belt. I made my own special tools for the crank locking tool, crankshaft pulley puller and crank damper. I would also add in that I tapped out all the M8 holes be in the damper before I pulled it as they get full of crud. The worst part about the job was getting that crank bolt undone:eyebrows: Some others may come along with more info but Marks how to was easy to follow http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?65774-How-To-Change-the-cambelt-(93-J-Spec-TT-Auto)&highlight=crank+pulley+bolt For ease of access I did strip off everything around the front of the engine including the alternator (to get to the timing belt tensioner bolts). Hope this helps a bit
Suprab1
Just order timing belt kit + water pump, the kit comes with tensioner & guide pulley. Also order aux belt + tensioner & it would be worth getting a new crank pulley while your at it. You'll also need coolant as you will be doing the water pump. Jellybean
As I am doing the Crank pulley I was advised to do the crank shaft seal What is the part number for that? I cannot see anything with Shaft seal in the description , is it the trust washer? 11011
Iky
is it the trust washer? 11011 No, it's not that. I'll dig out the number for you.

Dnk
I didn't mean get the oil pump i meant the seal, it sits in the pump. CW sells uprated ones incase your crank has some wear on it where the seal sits In addition waiting for the oil pump to fail is a real bad idea !
