Ben m
Am I right in thinking if I'm to put gte pistons in a na bottom end it would be the same cr as a std gte, also would it need the vvti piston if the bottom end is vvti or are the non vvti and vvti pistons the same? Thanks in advance

Ben m
I have a 2jz vvti ge and planning to turbo with 500hp in mind housed in a toyota cresta I'd like to run 1-1.5 bar hence cr questions, do you have experience with na t conversions? David P
See my signature, I have supercharged my GE, 1.1 bar @ stock 10:1 compression, have tinkered with a few N/A-t's too. Fitting a T.T. head gasket to a GE VVTI will drop the compression to around 9.6:1 - 9.7:1 which will be fine for up to 1.5 bar.
