Pedroby
Hi guys, I'm gonna buy a Supra in the UK this weekend, when i'll find one my taste.. But i'm wondering how the paperworks goes when i buy a car. Here in Holland you get the car owners papers and visit a postal office and the change the owners names for a few bucks. But what paperworks do i need to calculate in my way to buy a car in the UK to change all the papers right. Thnx for helping fellas!

Soonto_HAS_soop
It's just V5 docs as normal, then you can keep the vehicle registered as a UK car for 12 months (may be less) and then you register it in the netherlands. Or is it not that simple?
JohnA
It may also be wise to use the services of a company like this The AA and RAC provide similar services for around £30-40 At least you will have some peace of mind regarding the legality of titles or the history of the vehicle. They can still miss a lot but it's better than nothing
