Kaan W
If you do uprate the diff go with the Giken, they're a bit more expensive than the TRD but more and more people are using these now for a reason. I'm having one fitted after CWs advice and reading up a fair bit about them.

Brazil
Today, I took the car to Toyota since I had to pick up some parts and as suspected there was no oil in the diff and the residue has metal particles. Therefore I am on a look out for a big case diff and will most likely fit a Gilken torsen.
Chris Wilson
I may still have the Type X Giken LSD for the big case available, someone is messing about. If you are interested in it at well below retail e-mail me please.
JamieP
I've got a UK auto big case diff, maybe Chris could convert to manual gearing if you don't like the closer gears? No driveshafts though, I think it's just the passenger shaft that's different?
