Andrew K
My active spoiler override device has been playing up lately! The override device lets the spoiler down ok but when you want it to go up nothing happens but I can hear a clicking coming from the relay, I'm thinking one of the relays need replacing but the ones already used and possibly faulty have on them :- Coil:12VDC Cont:40/30A 14VDC "][/url] Can't seem to find the above relays but does anybody know if it's ok to use this type below as the (cont) is a bit different? heckler
The relays are the same, so yes, you can use the 2nd one.

Nodalmighty
They are change over relays. When 85 and 86 are energized 30 is switched from 87 to 87a. example switching 12v : relay inactive : 85 = 0v, 86 = 0v, 30 = 12v, 87 = 12v, 87a = 0v relay active : 85 = 0v, 86 = 12v, 30 = 12v, 87 = 0v, 87a = 12v *Edit* I've added the missing 7's Edited September 30, 2014 by Nodalmighty (see edit history)
