If its a aero and in good condition with lots of paper work I would have though around 13-14k Price would depend on the document for the donor cars/ shell etc.

coza
Not selling it haha does the value go up if a big single goes on ?
Gaz6002
Yes. Big single aero TT6 would be very desirable if done right. It's crucial you do it right though, or you'll never sell it.

coza
Yeah so the question would you get back what ya out in if done right ?
Gaz6002
Yeah so the question would you get back what ya out in if done right ? No. If you spend £20k on a proper big single build (that's how much one will cost once you've finished it) your car would probably be worth something around £25k. That's how modifying works, unfortunately.
The Raven
As above not a chance of getting your money back. If your after making the most money from the car sell it as it stands now
rider
Would you add vaule to it? Yes Would you get back what you put in is the question i guess The quotes I had on a single upgrade persuaded me if I really wanted a single its better to buy one that is already there. That way someone else has paid for it and you'll know if its a good set up before comitting to buy.
Abz
If it is a clean stock body car, with nice aftermarket wheels and few nice touches I would imagine closer to the £14k mark. That is obviously taking into consideration you can prove the 70km is genuine.

Note he said 'big single' which says to me serious modifications. You'll need a rebuilt engine, for example. Easy enough to hit £20k, believe me. He did say "BIG single" (To me that says circa 700hp+) Obviously, a small single

Gaz6002
Ahh, i've always read big single as anything 500hp+ A small single will make 550bhp IMHO... that's what I thought I had when I was using a T61.
