mpobor
hi everybody! i'm just arrived here.. and i don't want to tired up with always the same silly idiotic question.. i have the whole forum to read so it will be a while before i post other questions. i'm going to buy a twin turbo 6 speed supra as soon i reach the amount of money needed and also find a good one... i can't find any these period... what website should i better look into? can't find nothing below 10-11.. my final goal after buy it is something close as possible to the stu set up... i'm really fashinated by all that torque at low rpm... any way... let's go to the one question.. to reach that power (the stu hagen power) 700hp roughly the car need many many many things... but what is really essential to achieve those performance.. maybe not exactly matching it, but going very close, as far as i understood the most important parts are: turbo upgrade exhaust intake injector fuel pump cams (meth\water inj i suppose) missing something?? my question is.... many suggest a standalone and a fine tune... but comparing to a piggy bag.. does it make a consitent difference? there are many standalone... in case for my goal a standalone is mandatory.. would you raccomend something cheaper than the ams but still a good standalone? with a standalone do you need a boost cut control? thank you all... really... hope to get some tips from you..... thanks again

Hello, welcome to the forum. You will not find a decent 6 speed twin turbo Supra anywhere for under £10,000.00 at the moment. The supply of them has dried up in the UK. There are many for sale in Mainland Europe, but these are all very expensive. If you wait until the winter (December/January) this is when they come up for sale, but they will still be £10,000 or more. The parts you use will depend on who is building and tuning the car. 700hp done properly is expensive, and it needs setting up by an expert. The big power cars on this forum tend to use Ryan G for mapping their cars with the Syvecs ECU, but your choice of ECU will depend on who can map it. There are many turbo kits on the market for reaching 700hp, but I would probably start by looking at the Whifbitz ones: http://www.garagewhifbitz.co.uk/toyota/supra/turbo-upgrades.html You will also need an upgraded clutch, uprated brakes and good tyres. A lot of parts go into a good build. It would be much cheaper to buy a car that has already had all of the work done that you want.
