adam1983
Is it only the UK spec cars that were fitted with the speedo that shows both mph and kph? Also is it a straight swap to move it across to say a jspec car? Any stumbling blocks I should know about before going ahead with it? E.g would it affect the limiter or read in kph instead of mph? Thanks in advance
straightsix
I fitted UK spec clocks to my car - which had previously been fitted with a 110mph speedo dial. Clocks plugged straight in and no adverse effects on top speed limit, gear change or anything else. Obviously if you have an electronic speedo converter currently fitted (mine didn't - hence the replacement dial) you can remove it. Bear in mind that your ODO would still be clocking up in KMs
adam1983
Doesn't sound too bad then. I'm looking at bringing a car over to Cyprus but it has to read in kph to pass the mot over here. Don't want the hassle of keep changing it though hence the reason for having both displayed.
adam1983
Was it only the uk spec models that had these?
