Ibrar Jabbar
My Optima redtop has decided to pack up after a trickle charge over the weekend. I need to get a replacement ASAP. What do you guys recommend?
Scott
Redtops aren't the best at deep cycling unfortunately. Yellow tops are considered the best. Only issue I have with them is they aren't red
Hassan
Go for a Odyssey battery. The best. Ive been using them for years after a couple yellow tops let me down.

Kaan W
Probably an odyssey racing 30, I'm gunno be running 2 of these as they're small enough to fit behind the rear seat. Or ask LeeP about the kinetic batteries they're probably a bit better and he might be able to do them cheaper than the odyssey batteries. Digsy
Halfords HCB005; Just over 500CCA and 4 year guarentee. What more do you want for £80 IIRC the standard Toyota one is even cheaper and has the same guarantee. It's all discussed in the battery thread. Elmo
I bought a Bosch S4 005 yesterday for £56.49 from Euro Car Parts (with a 4 year guarantee), bought it via their eBay shop as it was cheaper than their web site, then collected it from their local store.
