Hi.

I suspect my ignition coil have had better days as i am not able to start the car anymore.. :(

Cold readings are: +/- 0.4Ω for primary and 5... MΩ for secondary.

The current one have this part number: 19080-46030, might not be correct. Some lists: 90919-02197 (?)

I've been looking for a new one but most sites lists 19080-46020 as a replacement one?

What to do? Am i cool as long as the numbers are within specs?

Temps: Cold, Warm

Primary: 0.33 – 0.52 Ω, 0.42 – 0.61 Ω

Secondary: 8.5 – 14.7 kΩ, 10.8 – 17.2 kΩ

Regards

Daniel

Any fairly powerful electronic ignition coil with a similar primary resistance should work. Obviously terminals for low and high tension may differ and cause some extra work. The blue Bosch electronic ignition coils DO work, I have used one as a temporary replacement for similar coils for many years. Coils with lower primary resistance may blow up the igniter box....

Daniel where did you buy one from in the end? I'm thinking of giving this one a shot:

has anyone else used them?

Hi man.

I ended up buying a used one from ebay with the same part number as i had: 19080-46030. I was i a hurry and not really in the mood to spend that much on one. :-)

Not sure if that will work, try and contact them to get specs on it.

Bumpety again, think my igniter could do with being replaced.

Did the ebay one do the trick in the end? Or is there anyone that does the 19080-46030 in the UK? Prices are all over the place from overseas! Need it quite quickly as well so UK stock would be preferred
