Best place for new rear shocks and new boot rubbers (without breaking the bank)

Hopefully got this in the right section.

 

Will be looking to sort these out in the next month (now the terrible sidelights are getting sorted) I found boot rubbers on ebay? and shocks at euros?? but any advice is greatly appreciated, I'm only a student so not awash for cash at the moment so coil-overs would most likely be out of the question, but would rather buy quality and have it last so am aware decent parts are not cheap
