Help with diagnosing possible boost problem

After having an NA-TT conversion I've always suspected it's had a bit of a boost issue. The following was also fitted during the transplant:

Double decat

Nur spec R exhaust

Hks fcd

Apaxi air filter

Front mount inter cooler

Restrictor ring

Uprated fuel pump

 

With the above parts fitted it will only boost to 0.5bar on the first turbo and 0.7bar when the second turbo comes online. Out of curiosity I removed the restrictor ring and the boost raised slightly to 0.6 and 0.8. Yesterday I did the TTC mod, and on its first pull, it hit 1.2bar.

This is the point my limited knowledge runs out and need help from you guys Am I right in thinking that if the car boosts to 1.2bar in Ttc mode that I don't have a boost leak in the sequential system and if so what do I need to check next?

My second noob question is if the car boosts to 1.2bar in Ttc should it boost to the same level in sequential mode?
