Supradk
Hi guys My NA-T project is complete and I have created a monster got ALL parts from Paul Whiffin incl map. I'm driving the same setup as the test car they used. It pulls perfect and everything works suburb But, when I'm driving quiet and rpm's are between 1300-2900 it is rumbling a little. When I push the throttle it go away again. One off my friends tell it is the map but I want to hear if any of you guys have tried the same? sideexitsupra
Not an expert but the opinion on here seems to be that the base map supplied by Paul will probably be 90-95% right for your car. All cars are different of course. Maybe get a mapper who knows what they are doing with your ecu to take a look?
mellonman
I would not expect a map to cause a rumble, but something loose or rubbing would, i would go over bolts and check pipe clearances
Supradk
The rumbling feels like wrong ignition it's is making the the car shaking a little.

Supradk
I'm going to a mechanic tomorrow so the dissy can be set at 10 degrees. I read it was standard settings. Have no idea where it is now
Supradk
Update: dizzy is set at 10 degrees as I was told. The shaking and rumbling is still there Will mount PLX AFR in a couple of days. A mapper here in Denmark suggest it could be to much gasoline or to less? Any of you who know the guy that make this map? then I can call him and asked if I have done all correctly
Supradk
Hi guys Put new dizzy and rotor in and it's a bit better now. So can it just be the spark plug cables that courses it?
Paul-90
Have the same issue with my na-t. Its running all whifbits kit abd map. Have you made sure the jumper settings are correct on the emanage?
Supradk
Hi mate I have tried a lot of things, latest was the spark plug cables. Then I reset the whole car by unplugged the batteri for 60min. I lose the TP sensor and adjust it with the engine running. Set it to 800rpm and my afr showed 14,6-15 on idle and the problem was gone I don't know why it does that?
