Elmo
Need to replace my brake lines, might as well get braided ones. There are quite a few makes to choose from, some apparently fit better than others so I would like to know which are considered to be the best fit. Which would you recommend? Thanks. gordy.r
I think it's DoLuck ones that are on my Supe, can't complain, seem to do the job!
dandan
I have a set of unused Goodridge ones you can purchase if you like. Let me know the best price you find and I'll beat it including postage. No use to me any more, they're just in a box in the garage.

Dnk
I'd have a look at the hard lines too

I have a set of those on mine, they work fine, but the homosexual pink plastic coating soon looks shabby and then begins to fall off. Elmo
I'd have a look at the hard lines too I think they're in good condition, but will check them when I replace the flexi ones. Cheers
safcdixon
I think it's DoLuck ones that are on my Supe, can't complain, seem to do the job! One of mine burst outa the blue the other week at a dyno day, Then when I got home after fitting a borrowed stock one I checked it over, I mananged to pull the two parts apart very easily I think the turning and swivel of the wheel somehow degraded the steel near the banjo end? or maybe mine was defective (they were fitted for nearly two years though) So if you have doluck braided lines fitted check them over for any splits in the pink lining or the braided steel part

Yeah I thought it strange that a "uprated" part listed as made for a certain type of car didn't have the location tabs like the stock hoses do, for the cost of braided lines they would be made to at least oem spec! luckily mine burst as the dyno guy got in the car to put it on the dyno, he put in gear mine being an auto he pressed the brake pedal to select, he then said your brake lines just burst , so I wasn't on the road with no brakes, lucky escape.
