Quick check on thingiverse shows a Saab electric seat cog. Sure there is, but originally you were talking about a hobbyist re-producing them with a home printer. Now you're going down the lines of expert industrial printers. For £60 you can get a set of proper injection moulded self lubricating gears! It's cheap as chips! I'd charge that per gear! It's just not worth the hassle of making them for nothing.
