Sure there is, but originally you were talking about a hobbyist re-producing them with a home printer. Now you're going down the lines of expert industrial printers.

For £60 you can get a set of proper injection moulded self lubricating gears! It's cheap as chips! I'd charge that per gear! It's just not worth the hassle of making them for nothing. But if you can find a busy fool with an industrial printer that's willing to produce them then please post up your findings 🙂
