drift_bear
Following on from this thread about spacers, i'm looking at new wheels again for when the respray is finished just to finish the look of the car. Im looking at the XXR 531's. Would the following size fit in the stock arches? (I've had arch work done and im on 35mm lowering springs) Fronts - 18x9.5 Rears - 18x11 http://www.goodroads.net/cms_images/wheels/xlarge/531-Chrome-700.jpg Also where is the best place to get them from? Luxluc
Iirc, Jamie said the 18x11 on the rear come with ET20 only. A lot of arch work is required.

Gretie22
I have the XXR 521 in a 10" et +25 and that only just fits with an arch roll and a 265 tyre. So I could imagine an 11" et +20 would need a pull at least.
JamieP
11" wide won't fit in the available offsets.

drift_bear
11" wide won't fit in the available offsets. What size where you running? Did you get a roll or an arch pull? Any recommendations on perfect fitment?
JamieP
I was running 8.5 and 9.5 in ET20
Havard
I was running 8.5 and 9.5 in ET20 Christ, I thought they were wide than that. Probably due to the offset but as I spent a lot of time behind you on DB, they looked like they proper filled the arches.
JamieP
They sat nice with the arch, just not very wide mate. My new ones came yesterday. Classics in 11.5" wide, Colin got a bit excited.

Looks a nice fit, do you have arch work? Just an arch roll, but I do only run a 265 tyre I think if it where any wider it would still rub. tony tt
Anything wider than a 265 will give you issues. Heavy arch roll was required to get mine on. I've 285 rears and had to raise the rear to stop it rubbing at wot.

I've had my arches done already, so it shouldn't be a problem then Anything wider than a 265 will give you issues. Heavy arch roll was required to get mine on. I've 285 rears and had to raise the rear to stop it rubbing at wot. What size are yours again tony? I would only be going to a 275 tyre probably
