Guest MartinSupra
Hi guys, I've bought a 1993 Supra NA and it's does everything great. It had a speedoconverter fitted and it was behind de speedo. and there was a wire to the odometer to count mph. I want it to display km/h again so I deleted the converter and joined the original wires back together. The speedometer and the odometer are showing and counting km again. But now the turn signals and the hazard lights won't work The 7.5 a fuse at the footwell is in good working order, I even replaced it to be sure. And the fuse in the enginebay for the hazard/Horn is also OK, the horn works. I can't hear the relay clicking when I try to turn the turnsignals or hazardlight on. All my other lights work as it should. Any idea's ? I can't see the connection with the speedo- and Odometer converter and the turn signals... Or maybe it's a coincidence that the relay broke at the same time ? Where is that relay located ? Rummy
Are you sure the connector to the hazard switch has been reconnected behind the top dash?
Fitz
Are you sure the connector to the hazard switch has been reconnected behind the top dash? This. Take the top of the dash off and look behind the hazard switch. Chances are you've forgotten to reconnect it.
Guest MartinSupra
Yes both left and right connectors are reconnected and all the lights are working (seatbelt, door open, batterie, cat heater). except the bulb of the rear light failure has been removed because of faulty sensor There were 2 wires in hazard switch that are now back to original, the pink wire and the blue-red wire. Guest MartinSupra
And even so, if the hazard switch isn't connected, does that mean that the turn signals switch on the steeringwheel won't work either ?
