Supra accident repair specialists?

Recommended Posts

Had a little issue on way to Japshow-accelerating up slip road and back end went and 360'd into crash barrier.

Damage is to passenger side as per pictures. Most severe at rear qtr which looks to have damaged suspension as we'll.

Will be contacting insurer tomorrow but was wondering if anyone knows a good supra accident repair specialist in Essex or Kent who I could recommend to my insurer as I'm sure any normal garage will try and suggest total loss territory

John so sorry to see that mate,

Glad your both ok and such a shame you didnt get to put a time down the strip with the new setup, maybe time for a wide body ridox kit ;)

I do hope you get it sorted im not sure what the insurance company will say though maybe best to not say anything if you want it repaired that is

Sorry, to learn of this John, explains why we didn't see you today!

Glad you and Chris are OK, as said, that is the main thing.

Have a word with Alex (Inazone) as he was in pretty much the same situation a while ago and he managed to get the insurers to repair instead of writing it off.

Bodywork doesn't look too bad guys, rear quarter should be fixable with a slide hammer and rivets. Probably just as easy to get a new rear bumper, but it may not need it. Suspension, who knows until you get it on a ramp.....my issue is the wheels! How could you ruin such a lovely set! :taped:

Seriously though, glad you're both ok!

Just looked under the car as well as I could, Top arm (wishbone) has cracked and totally seperated from the wheel hub. That explains why the wheel is wonky! N/S/R coilover looks okay from what I can see. Just need it up on a ramp too see what else could be wrong. I've had alot of generous PM's with free parts being offered if we need them. Cant thank you people enough for the support
