I know the SRD ones look to be good quality for the money. Im just wondering what else anyone else is running? Setrab etc and what sizes yous went for? Did you use braided hoses due to where its located?

Cheers for any input guys.

I use to have mine between rad and intercooler but oil would still get hot when giving it some, have a seperate oil temp gauge for gearbox

Well i might move it to the oem intercooler location then. Or might just add a fan.

I use 2, one of these that is pretty much the same style as the SRD by the looks of it and is fitted well:

I also use one of these, and they fit perfectly either in the void in front of the washer bottle, or if you have FMIC, where the original SMIC fits, could have almost been made to fit a supra:

I run 2 only because I was getting concerned about how much power breaking I was doing on the strip. But I ran just the Mitsi one for an age before I added the other one. As David says, a mocal bypass thermostat makes sense for daily use, especially in the winter months.
