hi all im michael, 9 weeks in to owning my first supra tt and loving every minute, its a 97 facelift in gun metal grey, full black leather, factory lsd, factory big brake upgrade, 56k on clock mix of kmh mph so 40k ish. i bought the car completely stock owned by an old boy for 10 years rarely used and kept under a cover, iv started modding it and il upload pics of development from the last 9 weeks and continue with all the things to come. i look forward to being a member on here and sharing my car with every one

it is in deed mate paid full asking but a very good price for condition and mileage it was 56k half of its kms tho, iv done wheels, brakes, exhaust, circuit suspension, boost gauge, and turned the boost up a little, next iv got a boost logic gearbox custom manifold and hybrid twins triple blade tdo5s and hks front mount should see somewhere between 650-800hp :D

you wont be seeing anywhere near that for hybrids, more like 450-500 dependant on injectors and ECU

 

Agree, though his conversion sounds more like two larger turbos altogether which are then tweaked (hence 'hybrid) rather than modified stock ones.

 

The ECU is going to be an important factor though!

Iv got a blitz multi assist computer system and there's 2 850cc injectors in intercooler piping in addition to the six 550cc going in, the turbos are not stock there td05 18g with hybrid internals and triple blades, 600 should be easy 800 is possible with the head ported and polished and set up right

It's true I could run 6 bigger injectors but this is the setup iv bought it's a twin turbo out the factory so I wanted to keep it twin instead of big single setup plus il never have turbo lag I want low down power to keep it smooth throughout the Rev range
