gordy.r
This is your second turbo failing to come on. It is a common problem where the (can't remember name) gets stuck. Unfortunately, its turbos off to replace the part. Oh, that doesn't sound good. Hopefully Chris. Gordy, mine was launching but literally lost all boost/power at 6000rpm. Red warning light popped up, went off and was normal until 6000rpm again. Pulled well until it hit that limit. Tonight it's fine again. Yeah different then, glad yours has sorted. Mine is intermittent but sounds like it could be costly lol
Mk4Gaz
Gordy, mine was doing the same as yours, and I tracked it down to a faulty iacv vsv. Have you tried putting it into ttc mode to eliminate the vsvs? Sorry to go off topic Ben!

This was something SPG mentioned to me at the weekend, not to sure how to put it in to TTC mode, don't suppose you could PM me? Sorry to go off topic Ben! Thats exactly what I was looking for. TTC mode will eliminate the IACV VSV and will mean you know if this is or isn't your problem.
