shaz2010
Is this normal ? http://s1063.photobucket.com/user/Supra_shaz/media/Mobile%20Uploads/trimE8CD2F96-81CF-4431-904C-B78CC97DF596.mp4.html As am getting a clonk when either reversing while turning or braking ! I've just torqued up the sub frame bolts need to do the deep reach ones later when a get a socket for it. Any ideas what it could be if not the hub noise or sub frame? 2soops
Yes the video is normal movement. There's no retaining bolt/screw on Supra disks so it will do that. When the wheel is torqued on then that should stop it as it clamps the disk to the hub too. Your clunking sound is probably coming from somewhere else, ball joints, loose subframe or bushes most likely
shaz2010
Yes a stupidly thought that was it haha but when a thought about it after a posted I reliaed the wheel would stop it from moving. Emm so next will be to tighten the other sub frame bolts, then move onto what you have mentioned.
