Scott
Check if there is a mines ECU in there. There is also the possibility of a gutted first cat.

jza800
i have now looked af the car Again, and there is no mines ecu on the car.. and if there was a mines ecu, it should not be nessary with the fcd, as the mines has removed that in the ecu right?????? Scott
Indeed, but stranger things have happened. With no aftermarket ECU in place then it sounds like either there is a faulty VSV or the 1st cat has been gutted.
jza800
took a drive in the car, to see how it acked. and the 1st turbo boost 0.7 bar, and around 3.5 -4000 rpm, when the 2nd turbo kicks in it peak to 1.2 bar , and then drop to 1.0 bar at the end off the rpm range... so is it a vsv problem or cats problem? or can it be both??? Scott
Check and see if you can spot a restrictor ring between the 1st and second cats. If you can't then it's likely a VSV issue but it's tough to tell without taking the cat off. Some people take the cat off to knock out the innards, so that they don't need to use a decat pipe..... that's what I meant by gutted.. rather than broken - - - Updated - - - Are you 100% certain there isn't a manual boost controller attached?
