took a drive in the car, to see how it acked. and the 1st turbo boost 0.7 bar, and around 3.5 -4000 rpm, when the 2nd turbo kicks in it peak to 1.2 bar , and then drop to 1.0 bar at the end off the rpm range... so is it a vsv problem or cats problem? or can it be both???

Check and see if you can spot a restrictor ring between the 1st and second cats. If you can't then it's likely a VSV issue but it's tough to tell without taking the cat off. Some people take the cat off to knock out the innards, so that they don't need to use a decat pipe..... that's what I meant by gutted.. rather than broken :)

Are you 100% certain there isn't a manual boost controller attached?
