Guest slinky270306
Hi folks I have recently purchased a standard airbox to get rid of my crappy cone. I've seen lots of panel filters for it but I don't know what one would suffice. Seen a HKS one on eBay but then seen reviews saying it's poo, also seen a nice Blitz LM but again don't know. Are there are panel filters that people would recommend? I'm only running 386.1 BHP with SMIC and standard BPU upgrade so not massive power. Just want a suitable panel filter that's going to be up to the job that won't substitute quality for good flow. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Swampy442
KnN filters have a good rep.

gordy.r
I was also advised to go K&N, I believe Demon Tweeks are doing them for £50.00 just now
Nic
I'd personally go with either TRD, Blitz or OEM Toyota.

ccssupra
I have a TRD panel filter. Dont think its washable though...
Si_s Supe
K&N! When I fitted mine there was a noticeable improvement in throttle response and it *seems* to pull better mid range too. Although I drive a lowly NA so my opinion doesn't count! Haha.
LOGIE
I tried them all when on my NA and the best results came from the stock paper type filter.
DodgyRog
I have a TRD panel filter. Dont think its washable though... There are 2 different TRD panel filters, one washable and one not
Chris Bailey
100% K&N panel filter, you may pay £60 for them but you pay for what you get. You can also wash them and reuse it time after time. You wont have to buy another one again. Unless you go single turbo lol.
Benjy
I'm running a K&N panel filter. Bought it from SRD. Does the job!
