a98pmalcolm
For a few months one of my headlights mists up very easy. Even if its a sunny day and most of its gone the second I wash my car it returns. The other headlight is fine. They are modified headlights but IIRC they didn't do it last year. I have taken the headlight out. Dryed the inside with a hair dryer via the full beam hole. Duct taped around the seal to see if that helps but it still does it. I have also checked the O-Rings on the bulb holders. It looks awful and ruins the look of my shiny car lol... I know this my sound a ridiculous but is they any advice anyone can give to try and solve the problem. See pics below, This is when its mildly misted up, Its usually worse than this but its been a warm day. Thanks Paul

KamaSupra
Same thing happens to my car after I've washed it, I've got UK front headlights. It's always just the driver side and it ruins the look of my Supra. I replaced the headlight last year, but it's happened again already on the same side Was annoying at the Basingstoke Meet yesterday it being steamed up. chazuk
I heard so many problems even with brand new facelifts so when I got mine from Toyota I just put a bead of sealant with the bulbs in place, its easy to peel off and redo if a bulb needs changing and I've never had a problem
mattdavies
Take it out, cover it in diluted washing up liquid then blow the hair dryer right into it and if the seals are leaking you will see it bubble
a98pmalcolm
I have 1 breather rubber on the back. I don't think its the seal as i firmly duct taped it right around thr seals.

SupraP-Z
What scott said - Its the breathers. IIRC there should be 2, they should both have bits of foam in them. I took these out and they kept misting up after a carwash
