I could be wrong but I don't think there is an obvious way to embed a facebook video onto the forum. The video function we have only supports adding in a URL to the video, rather than the embedding options that Facebook provides.

 

If you stick that video on youtube then you can link it here with no problem.

Upload it to you tube? im sure there is some sort of program you could download to get it off FB?
