Alex
Just wanted to say that I was treated well by Sky today when looking to insure with bugger all no claims directly attachable to the Supra's insurance. 35y/o NR9 Postcode in a Driveway '96TT Auto with mods declared 5k miles. 2nd/3rd vehicle. £400 for the year with 1 year NCB and 5 years mirrored on another vehicle. That beat my other quote from Livingstones Warman (who are also good in my experience) by £50 which is quite a significant % diff. Thanks
listy
That's a lucky result. Sky and LWIB share the same underwriter, and won't usually quote against each other.
kokoro
I know Sky use Markerstudy and Chaucer, as I moved from LWIB (Markerstudy) to Sky (Chaucer) last year. Sky gave me an ok renewal offer this year, and knocked another £150 off when I called them, but they couldn't touch Admiral for price which was a shame as I wanted to stick with Sky. I'm not sure why, but my quotes have really come down this year (I didn't hit any significant ages) and my policy cost has about halved in 12 months.
