Gaz6002
Will this hang around at that price? http://www.pistonheads.com/news/default.asp?storyId=29886 Edited April 29, 2014 by Gaz6002 slight change (see edit history)
Ian C
Bet it will. 1) 17 grand!!!!! 2) "For sale from Boys Toys, in Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom" ergo most of the advert will probably be lies.
mattdavies
Straight away can tell its Boys Toys or whoever they are trading as, the pics are at their photo location in High wycombe

listy
It's also not the Holy Grail (although close to it) I always thought the Holy Grail was a UK TT6 in black.
johnny g
It's also not the Holy Grail (although close to it) I always thought the Holy Grail was a UK TT6 in black. For me, it's a 2002 TT6 VVTi in RSP
drift_bear
It's also not the Holy Grail (although close to it) I always thought the Holy Grail was a UK TT6 in black. Thought it was a uk TT6 in white? Lol
listy
To be honest, my Holy Grail is a facelift NON VVTi (so late 96 iirc) TT6 in either black or white. I guess everyone has their own Holy Grail
thetrashcanman
Too me it is the holy grail. But not at that price and that car has been up for sale at various times at that price and not sold, because it is far too expensive, and well the less said about boys toys/Paul Brown the better
Graham1984
Those fence panels are well maintained.
jamesmark
I thought for some reason the forum was not allowed posts about boys toys in any shape or form? Edited April 29, 2014 by jamesmark (see edit history)

heedthebaw
To put some perspective on it my 2000 TT6 in the samle colour, on the road from japan with less miles was less than this!
stevie_b
That is lovely. Even better if it was black though.

st3ven1
Worth reading 'wizeprankers' posts on this thread about this his car: http://mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?275173-Paul-brown-cars/page7 Shame he never came back on to back it up, but makes you think. Westy
I wouldn't pay £17k for that car! Not a chance! My holy grails are the two Supras I have! Exactly what I set out to own a few years back.
Lbooth
Thought it was a uk TT6 in white? Lol It sure is! Will be saving the PH article and advert for the next time an agreed valuation conversation comes around with an insurance company but in this market I'd guess it's destined to head overseas! st3ven1
Also someone on Pistonheads has just posted the following: "This very car was up (for a day tops) on autotrader for £6,995 genuine car that just needed a bit of cosmetic external refreshing...and here it is!" I also saw another car on Pistonheads(being careful here), that was up for £6.5k on ebay before it's current(more than double) asking price on Pistonheads. Very F&F. lewysdanny
Sorry boys but you,re all wrong . The Holy Grail is a 93 TT Aerotop in Silver . But moreover it has to have the custom leather interior in silver and black . Anything less must be deemed as inferior . Aerotops are the only true sports cruiser !!!!!!! Any takers ? LOL
Chris Wilson
Cosmetic external refreshing is obviously expensive down there

Scooter
Also someone on Pistonheads has just posted the following: "This very car was up (for a day tops) on autotrader for £6,995 genuine car that just needed a bit of cosmetic external refreshing...and here it is!" twas me, it was at a dealer too at £6,995 probably the poor old dear got £2-3K tops for it from them! As i've always said about a certain trader they aren't necessarily bad cars but they sure are expensive!
Jord
I saw this earlier, was going to post a thread but wasn't sure it'd be allowed judging by the selling. Theyre having a laugh at 17 grand. If someone wants ny UK spec with similar mileage and 1 previous owner for 17 grand send me a PM! They'll never get that money. Try half that.
