JayJay1374
Where's the best place for a wheel alignment in the Durham/Newcastle area?
safcdixon
Revolution is your best bet jonny
JayJay1374
Thing is I've heard "all the gear, no idea" when people mention revolution.
Twisted
Wheel alignment isn't difficult. Any average Joe garage will do It no problem. Just stand there and watch as they do it if you're not overly confident. So although I'm not from there you may as well go to your usual garage where you get it MOTd
safcdixon
Thing is I've heard "all the gear, no idea" when people mention revolution. Lol Really, only ever heard good things tbh, apart from the hideous prices of things from there, as above like any place with laser alignment should be able to sort it, tyrespot, kwikfit but i would personally use revolution
JayJay1374
Well they made my mate with a lexus sign a disclaimer, put it on the ramp for abit then said they couldn't do anything with it. And kept the £100 it costs. Also revolution don't seem interested unless it's an Audi or subaru they are working on. Had alook online and it's £30 at Halfords up the road. I know the lads who work there so it should be done properly. Only want the fronts looking at.

Or you just want it checking
JayJay1374
Just pulling to the right abit. It always has but I've never got round to it. And it likes to wander around the road.

Ah right fronts might sort the pulling to the right, unsure about the wandering though
JayJay1374
Well they look to have nearly positive camber. I've had a mess about today and adjusted it abit but it still pulls to the right. The toe doesn't look right.
Stevo
Had mine done at Revolution a few years ago and it totally transformed the car! No complaints about the work from me and as far as I know, that's where Jurgen usually takes motors to be done.
darrenlee1981
Yeah I agree with Stevo and safcdixon ..... they do know there stuff. Maybe it was just an off day but I've always taken my cars there.
JayJay1374
Well tried getting on the ramp at Halfords. Didn't happen might have to bite the bullet and take it to revolution.
qwarrior
Well tried getting on the ramp at Halfords. Didn't happen might have to bite the bullet and take it to revolution. Like Marc said a little bit pricey but I've got no issues with Revolution myself and have had work done there in the past.
