DodgyRog
Had a bit of time to kill this evening, so thought I should make a start on a couple of little bits How the Aux Pulley started and after a bit of work and a before Power Steering Res and after Need to finish the Power Steering Res and then get on with the ThrottleBody and Inlet, guessing that may take a bit longer:taped:

DodgyRog
:thumbs:Doing it all by hand? Not totally by hand;) That is some good work. Do you have a bench polisher setup? I use a drill, I bought a flexible extension for the drill, which is making it much easier, arm use to start aching after 15 mins holding the drill I still do the final couple of polishes by hand though, it's just easier to get a good finish by hand and spot the little bits to do
TrickTT
Power steering res is mild steel and will be rusty in no time. You will need to clear coat it.
