Hey supra club,,,new member here,

Well i wish i was joining under better circumstances,but here goes,,

Im a very keen shooter and manage a few farms in my local area,keeping the pigeons,rabbits corvids,rats under control .

Now on one of these permissions we rent out some land to a rally school ,,thay teach and do rally corses on there.

 

weekend just gone ther was quite a big event with lots of cars racing..now ther must have been some SCUM around watching..??

the event ended and the lads went home leaving the 4 rally cars outside by the track, secure and on privet land.

 

3 focus,s and one m3 all rally tuned..full liverys .cutting a long story short my car was parked in front of the gates thay needed opened,my car was ther cos i was shooting the feild next to the track.

 

as i done my rounds around the acras of land its well dark around 9.30/10 pm i see a 4x4 pull up in front of my car by the gates .im around 40 yards away.

the scum had some type of long bar or pic axe handle,,not sure it was dark. he was trying to open the chain and lock to get into the rally school.

i started to shout at them and tell them im calling the police,to fu@@k off and to get away from my car that your on privet land,,he then went crazy and started to beat my car with this heavy object..i was gonna confront him ,then the doors opened and 2/3 more huge blokes got out at this point i ran back to the farm house and as im running i can hear them beating my car.

 

i hid in the barn and could hear them beat and beat the car whilst the clifford going crazy,

my phone was in the car boot in the gun case so i couldent even ring the police,harry who owns the farm was out so i couldent get in to the phone in the manor.

so it lasted for around 3 mins then it went quite,,i gave it 20 mins while my alarm still going of, it must have been loud enough to get them to go so i crept back up the 100 yard drive way towards the car so i could get the phone and ring the rozzers,,

 

as i got to the car i was physically sick but got to the boot reached through the broken glass and got my gun bag with the phone in..

i ran back to the barn and rung the police and my wife,,

the police come 3 cars a dog unit and thay had the heli out after them but ther was no one around so ???????? the hunt goes on ,,

 

the police escorted me home and put a watch on the house and the farm,,,i just hope thay find those basterds before thay really hurt some one.

 

in the light of day as well as the axe handle, thers like sledge hammer hits and massive slash,s like a big axe had been used cos you can see through the body work..

its a real good job i ran cos i couldv been killed if just one of those hits made contact with me..

 

The 4 rally cars would have made a tidy sum to the crims ,, i stopped them getting there dolla and thay were pissed mate.

crazy pikys or crazy car thief's ,but deffo crazy i wont be alone on the land at night never ever again you can bet on that..

 

the car is a tt auto bpu+

with lots of brand new parts all with under a thousand miles on them ,it depends on what the under writer says..

 

here is a list of what could be saved if thay dont wont to much for them. the car stands me to 18k

 

 

 

tt engine,auto box all the running gear.

FMI all the pipe work

blitz nur spec r /decat pipes /envy

lsd diff

spacer kit

greddy blow valve

face lift rears

full carbon trd ..was of the car thank god..

clifford 650 concept alarm

carbon gear lever /hand brake

front uk spec brakes/braided goodridge lines

new front hubs

upper /lower arms .new power flex poly bushes all round

refurbished oem suspension

flocked black n grey full intearia

advan wheels ,new tyres (winter wheels)

volk gtc,s new tyres (summer wheels)

rear j spec brakes yellow stuff pads totally refurbished

toyota front brake discs

brembo front brake discs

new bosch battery,,heavy duty..

 

and all the other bits and bobs on the supra ..

all parts were bought new and have under a thousand miles on them,

im not sure what the insurance is doin yet ,,thats what could be saved tho,,,the shell is fooked thou :(

il know more once thay have picked the car up.

I would of confronted them and shot the gun 'warning shot' its all it would of taken...!

 

They were willing to chase him and smash up his car - What if they were armed and were also willing to fire, wouldn't that be a royally screwed up situation?

tough to know what do in this situation, if you had shot them then like you said you would be locked up for it. Looking at the previous pics of the car it looks mint. Hope it gets repaired and those scum bags die a slow death. If it was me though I probably would of shot them, and got some big tubs, shoved them in and use that acid stuff they used in breaking bad to get rid of the bodies. LOL

Terrible thing to happen, but it seems a little odd that some car thieves out to nick cars from a rally school would come tooled up with spray paint and stick around for an obviously considerable amount of time once disturbed. Especially when there's a man with a gun who could have already called the police. Seems like a vendetta to me.

it does seem a little strange to spray paint "big mouth" on the side of a "random" car. maybe you've rubbed someone up the wrong way. reported anyone to the police lately for anything ?

Yeah we alll talk a good game " i would have done this that and the other" truth is he had shot them

 

1. They would have stomped him

2. He would be under arrest.

 

My car isnt worth getting brain damaged or going to jail for.

 

If he didnt piss someone off then they have got the wrong guys car, that attack and the spray painting was ment as a message

He shouted at them to get away from his car and he was calling the police.

 

So that would explain the big mouth spray painted on his car.

Technically he would not get arrested if he shot them in self defence.

If he believe his life was in danger, which it would of been, and was in danger.

You are allowed to use reasonable force.

 

Now I know people are going to say an air rifle is not reasonable force, well it is, anything is reasonable force if justified.

Maybe, you never know how the uk justice system works, that said an air rife isnt going to stop 3 guys getting to you, and if they are nuts enough and tooled up enough to do that to his car what do you think they would have done to him, if he had shot one of them.

I've been to crown court justifying self defence, I even used the law in which soldiers abide by which proved me right.

 

But yeah, an air rifle may not of done much (depending where you shit the attacker) and could of gone worse, or could of scared them away.

 

I would of shot, but think that would be out of instinct and natural reaction taking over.

Raven thats what i thought,,and eny way im not doing time in jail for shooting scum,

cos the tables turn funny some times here in the uk.. look what happened to that farmer who got burgled a few years back,,he shot the scum with the shoti,and ended up doing a 5 stretch i think ?

but he deffo done some good time.

 

No thanks lads id run from crazy people they would have killed me,looking at the force they used on the car.

And as for pissing people of,,no chance im a nice bloke unless you shit on me.

 

but were always chasing people of the land..so who knows if one takes offence ,you have to be stern with these people or they would just do what they wont on the land.

so yeah we probably piss them all of..

 

But these men was ready for anyone lads,looking at the car,they had some proper tools,,,so like i said i just hid,,,so i dont know thay went so far.

like you said lads even spray painted the car ,,so mean..
