gdog1989
Right guys I need help big time now I dont know what else to try basically ive got a 94 6speed TT and had a issue with the car starting when it was hot so after looking into what it could be I got a new crank position sensor and changed that and the problem has continued but dont only seem to be whilst hot now so after speaking to a few guys already thought it could be the fuel pump so I dismantled the car and took the pump out and its a walbro ss342 I think so fought maybe not the pump, ive fully charged the battery so its not a issue with that and ive checked as many connections that I can, I also tried swapping the relays round and after doing that I tirmed the key and hey presto the bugger fired up so I let it warm up abit then turned it off left it and tried again and it started forst time no problems......odd I thought so I went and put some more fuel in it and came back down the motorway got home and put it on the drive thinking it was all ok and left it for another minute tried it again and then it wouldnt start again, just tried it again nearly 2 hours later still no joy but this time I cant hear the fp making a noise where the first time it did :-/ really stuck on this guys and any help is always appreciated big time been missing all these sunny days of driving and holiday and cant even enjoy going for a drive :'(
