jsnlvxr
Bit of bad news on rough diamond, big end bearings have managed to weld themselves to the crank so its looking like a forged build up next!
Iky
Sorry to hear that mate. Do you know what caused it? Oil starvation? Overheating?
MRX
Man thats bad news! as above, any idea what caused it?
jsnlvxr
Im still not 100% tbh. Was giving it some stick at the time but it was only running 0.8 bar so not exactly straining. It over heated badly too but im not sur eof the cause. Maybe oil pump but it wasnt that old

jsnlvxr
Bit of a update! Sourced a new block which has been refreshed from see, removed the old engine and refitted with the new one and running spot on.
jsnlvxr
After putting the car up for sale i decided I couldn't do it! So next step was bodywork, don't want to go too mad but opted for Whifbitz ridox front bumper with carbon, ridox sides with carbon, trd rear wing, and rear spats with carbon. Also uk spec rear bumper to ditch the big hole. Replacing all the seals I can, roof etc.
jsnlvxr
Also new wheels, front and rear facelift lights, carbon scuttle panel, carbon fan cover and various other bits and bobs!!
Rob W
Nice update. Whifbitz bumper, skirts and wing look like they fit very well, good choice going uk rear bumper I did the same and think it makes the back end look alot better. Look forward to seeing the updates coming on this
jsnlvxr
Fitment is brilliant. Had grams wide arches to go on but there definatly not up to scratch. Decided to stick with stock rears and a pair of new toyota facelight front wings are on the way
