I got my previous Supra from them and they tried telling me a knackered shock that had collapsed was just "the jack rolling around and making noise" - not to mention I wanted to take a car for a test drive, got there after driving for 45 minutes after agreeing to take a car out on the phone and they said oh sorry the battery is dead. "Well what about this car?" "Batteries are dead on all of them, sorry no test drives." Stick with the forum and get one from here mate, it'll be way better.
