Blocking sanding advice required

I have sprayed my car with 2k high build primer and have so far block sanded by hand p180 then p320 using a guidecoat. can i wet sand the final stage using p500 or do i HAVE to go finer. reason being is a have a box of p500 only and would like to get this done over the weekend.:)
