  1. 1. To Paint the lip or not?

Right as some of you may have seen on my build thread, I have now had the car lowered and the wheels spaced. This has led to me having to swap the fibreglass rmm lip for a polyurethane one.

Now I'm unsure weather to get the new one painted or not. :search:

What would you do? Also I may be switching the skirts to oem pods so that's an added factor to consider

Guessing the general consensus is to leave it black, I think I'm going to for now and see how it fairs, Maybe I shall paint it further down the line.

I have them on both my white and silver supras. Unpainted ftw. plus when you do hit something with it the urethane will flex and remain undamaged. the paint will crack and look like crap

Cracking doesn't worry me, that's what flexi-agent is for mix it in with the paint and it should hold up well. Plus my dads a paint sprayer for a living so can always be redone when needed.

Unpainted with stock skirts and a straight number plate. :)

See someone else picked up on that, its the damn removable number plate holder I made, it drooped last year. Need to re-do it with thicker plastic or thin metal.
